The best time to take care of a radon problem is when homes are built.
Passive radon systems can be built into new homes to divert radon through
vents to the roof where the gas can be safely exhausted. Many new homes
today are mistakenly built with crawlspace ventilation systems that actually
increase radon levels in homes.
